Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is made up of 5 volunteer members. Members must be residents of the City of Pevely.

Meetings

Board of Adjustment meets the second Monday (new day) of the month at 7:00 p.m. only when an application is submitted and approved. The meeting is advertised in the newspaper at least 15 days prior to the meeting date, as required by state law, and a sign is posted on site. We recommend submitting an application 25 days prior to the meeting date in case of difficulties.
